Dashboard guide

Understand the merchant workspace and the features currently available in EasyMoPay.

Dashboard overview

The overview loads account-scoped statistics: today's payments, monthly volume, active gateways, success rate, a 30-day revenue chart, and recent transactions. Empty states are shown when no transaction data exists.

Stores

Create store records with a name and platform. WooCommerce, Shopify, and Custom API appear in the selector, but the integrations screen marks Shopify as coming soon and the public API experience is not yet released.

  • Plan limits are checked before a store is created.
  • The domain field is currently UI-only and is not persisted.
  • The list shows platform, active gateway count, creation date, and delete action.
  • Deleting a store is permanent from the UI and requires confirmation.

Transactions

The Transactions screen displays records owned through your stores. It supports paginated results, text search, status filtering, gateway filtering, and CSV export of the currently loaded records.

Payment gateways

Configure Wave, Orange Money, and M-Pesa. Each card supports credential entry, connection testing, secure saving, and a connected status. Saved secret values remain masked in the credential history panel.

Integrations

WooCommerce is the only integration presented as available. Shopify is explicitly coming soon. The WooCommerce card shows version 2.4.1 and installation guidance, but the repository does not include a downloadable ZIP.

Statistics

Advanced Statistics has a route, but its navigation item is intentionally hidden and the page currently uses static demonstration data. Treat the live dashboard overview as the available analytics surface; do not use the hidden page for reconciliation.

Not currently public

Advanced Statistics is excluded from the visible dashboard navigation and is therefore not documented as an available production feature.

Billing and subscription

Billing shows the current plan and status, trial or billing-cycle timing, store and successful-transaction usage, and the Starter, Growth, and Business plans. Existing Stripe subscriptions can change plan; otherwise checkout offers the configured payment choices.

  • The trial period represented in the billing UI is 14 days.
  • Plan quotas affect store creation and successful transaction usage.
  • Plan changes are presented as immediate with proration for existing subscriptions.

Account settings

Settings currently shows business name, business email, default currency, timezone, and a default gateway when active gateways exist. The business-information save control is UI-only in the current implementation; the default gateway is persisted. Profile supports name and email updates, password changes, and account deactivation.
