Getting started with EasyMoPay
Connect a store, configure a supported mobile money provider, and monitor payment activity from one dashboard.
What is EasyMoPay?
EasyMoPay is a payment management platform for merchants accepting African mobile money. The current application brings store management, provider credentials, transaction monitoring, billing, and account settings into one workspace.
The payment providers currently configurable in the dashboard are Wave for XOF markets, Orange Money for XOF markets, and Safaricom M-Pesa for Kenya.
How EasyMoPay works
A customer starts payment at checkout. The store sends the request through EasyMoPay using the selected, configured gateway. EasyMoPay records the transaction, the provider processes it, and the resulting status becomes visible in the dashboard.

EasyMoPay DashboardProvider credentials belong to you
EasyMoPay uses the credentials issued for your own provider account. Credential fields are encrypted before storage and are not displayed back in full.
Requirements
- An approved EasyMoPay account and an active session.
- A store record in EasyMoPay; choose WooCommerce when connecting a WordPress shop.
- An account with at least one supported provider and the credentials that provider requires.
- For WooCommerce, a working WordPress installation with WooCommerce and HTTPS is strongly recommended.
Create an EasyMoPay account
- 1Choose Sign Up on the public website and enter your name, email address, and password.
- 2Complete registration and wait for account approval if the pending-approval screen is shown.
- 3Sign in after approval. Suspended accounts cannot open the dashboard and must contact an administrator.
Access the dashboard
After signing in, open Dashboard. The overview shows payment totals, monthly volume, active gateways, success rate, a 30-day chart, and recent transactions when data is available.
- Stores: create and manage store records within your plan limit.
- Payment Gateways: test and save supported provider credentials.
- Transactions: search and filter payment records.
- Integrations: view the WooCommerce integration and planned platforms.
- Billing, History, Settings, and Profile: manage subscription and account information.
Quick start
- 1Create your account, obtain approval, and sign in.
- 2Open Stores, choose Add Store, enter a name, and select WooCommerce.
- 3Open Payment Gateways and enter credentials for Wave, Orange Money, or M-Pesa.
- 4Use Test Connection before saving the credentials.
- 5Open Integrations for the currently published WooCommerce installation guidance.
- 6Complete a test payment with sandbox credentials and confirm that it appears under Transactions before using production credentials.
Keep test and live credentials separate
The dashboard does not expose a global sandbox switch. The environment is determined by the provider credentials you enter, so verify their type before saving.
